Fill out the commission form with your name, email, Instagram and details about your request.

2: I contact you

I will review your request and contact you via Instagram DMs.

3: That's it

And then we'll take it from there.

Terms of service

Generel terms

For digital artworks, you will receive 2 versions of the illustration - one watermarked and one withoutwatermark.
Water marked version: can be used freely with optional credit.
Non-watermarked version: personal use only, unless you want the commercial option which is +50% of the full price.

I have the right to post the commission on my socials and portfolio unless you want a private commission is +30% of the full price.

Refusal

I have the right to decline anything that makes me uncomfortable or anything i deem i'm not capable of.

Immediate declines are:

  • Nudity
  • NSFW
  • Gore

    • Payment

  • Payment (in DKK) via paypal
  • Payment 100% upfront

    • No refunds after i have started the commission

    Process and revision

    After I have revewed your request, I will dm you on Instagram where I might ask for more details.

    After payment is received I will make a rough sketch which I will share with you and you can make unlimited changes from pose to composition.

    Once I start the lineart and colors, small detail changes can be done. Major changes after that will be charged for. I decide the extra fee based on the specific situation.

    I can refuse any changes I don’t wish to make.

    I will update you on the commission every few days/weeks.

    The final digital work will be sent as a PNG via email. Traditional works will be shipped to your prefered address.

    Copyright and usage policy

    I, the artist, reserve all rights to any produced artwork. i own the rights to:

  • Uploading your commission to any of my socials, portfolio and post speedpaints of it, or use as self-promotion (unless private commission).

  • Reuse the pose or composition of the artwork with some changes but not the character itself (for oc).

  • The client is allowed to use the piece for personal use ONLY unless specified otherwise in our contract. This includes posting to their own social media, printing the artwork for themselves, all as long as no monetary profit is earned from the artwork.

  • The client is NOT allowed to reproduce, modify, or use the artwork in any way other than personal. This includes NFTs, prints, stickers, merchandise, etc.

  • The client is NOT allowed to resell or use my art for tracing and then claiming it as an original. Do not claim as your own.

    • Breaking any of these points will result in being banned from commissioning me ever again.

    Cancelation policy/refunds

    A refund cannot be requested after I start the commission.

    If i cannot complete the commission for any reason, I will offer a full refund or an alternative artwork.

    Do not request a charge back; I am handling the refunds myself.

    Requesting a chargeback after digital delivery via email will be declined, and your commission will be canceled. I will be obligated to share to paypal our conversation as proof that the commission was delivered and that TOS have been broken from your end.

    You will also be blacklisted and banned from ever commissioning me again, as well as publicly exposed to warn fellow artists.

    Claiming dissatisfaction with the final work does not warrant a refund, as the client has multiple opportunities throughout the process to voice their concerns. Doing this will also result in being blacklisted.
